In order to continually improve my understanding of the challenges of executives who are doing transformative change, I am currently writing a research paper based on a series of interviews.
The interviews include executive change makers at many levels and in different types of organizations. Recent interviews include a surgeon from the UK, a female corporate executive in the LA entertainment industry, a partner in a design- and impact investing firm and a growth hacking expert.
All along the way I will share findings and insights.

Outcome
The research findings will be published as a research paper along with one or more articles, and a short video with select interviews. There will also be a release event in New York City.
The project will run until the end of 2013.
