Let’s get started!

First, draw a frame on a new page. You might want to hold your pen like this.

And then, slide your finger along the edge. It helps to produce a straight line.

Make sure you neatly close the gaps at the corners.

Your Turn

Write down the date and location on the framed page.

This is a standard preparation for each page.

Yes, take your time, and SLOW DOWN. Your mind will enter a space of clear thinking.

Pick your topic. It can be a challenge, …. Write down a big title on your page.

You can put it in the middle or top left of the page. Both work well. Fold your page in half if you need a little bit guidance.

Practice

Go to a nice place(not home/office) and explore the topic “What’s Great in My Life?”

Also, draw your timeline with ups and downs. Annotate some events.
